About

Operations. Run by software. Run better.

Gap Bridge takes the operating discipline behind three exits and points it at AI: replace entire business functions with autonomous agents that ship outcomes — measured in P&L, not roadmaps.

Why we exist

It's not about choosing AI or not. It's about whether you want to invest in AI before your competitors do.

For decades, growing a business meant hiring more people. Every new function was a new hire, a new tool stack, a new layer of overhead per dollar of revenue. The math worked because the alternative was worse… until now.

AI changes the math forever. Function-by-function, agentic AI now can do the work that's been driving most of the cost - conducting lead generation, making decisions, drafting contracts, closing month-end financials, generating creative… at a fraction of the cost and a multiple of the speed. The pieces exist. The knowledge is key. What's missing is the operating discipline to assemble them into a coherent system.

That's what Gap Bridge does. Like a sponge, we soak up all of the knowledge you have in your domain and about your organization. We map the functions. We help you replace the highest-ROI ones with agents that are cheaper, faster and have no limitations. We wire them to your systems. We operate them in production. Finally, if you prefer, we hand over the keys. The operating system the business needed all along, built in software, owned by you.

What we believe

Six convictions that shape every engagement.

01

Outcomes are the only deliverable.

Slide decks, pilots, and proofs of concept don't move the P&L. Production systems do. Every engagement ends with running software, not recommendations.

02

Functions, not features.

AI features bolted onto SaaS are noise. Replacing an entire function — legal, finance, sales — is signal. We work at the function level, not the feature level.

03

Operating discipline beats novelty.

AI moves fast. Operating businesses don't. The discipline that built the function over thirty years still applies — we apply it to agents instead of headcount.

04

Standardization compounds.

Every codified standard pays back across every entity that inherits it. The OS isn't a product — it's the standardization layer that makes the rest of the work durable.

05

You own the system.

Source code, infrastructure, prompts, runbooks — yours from day one. We build to be operable by your team, not to create permanent dependence on us.

06

If we can't measure it, we don't ship it.

Every agent we deploy has measurable success criteria written into the audit. If we can't prove the impact in the first quarter, we shouldn't have built it.

Where we draw the line

What Gap Bridge is, and what it deliberately isn't.

What we don't do

Slides. Strategy decks. Pilots that never ship.

  • AI strategy decks. AI maturity assessments. AI readiness frameworks.
  • POCs designed to be presented, not deployed.
  • Generic chatbots, copilots, or 'AI features' bolted onto your existing tools.
  • Long discovery engagements that bill more than they ship.
  • Frameworks that require us to come back every quarter to interpret them.

What we do

Build the function. Ship to production. Hand over the keys.

  • Replace entire business functions with agents that run in production.
  • Integrate with the systems of record you already use.
  • Hand over the source code, infrastructure, and runbooks.
  • Operate the system with you for as long as you want — or hand it off when you're ready.
  • Measure impact in P&L. Report it back every quarter against the original audit.

A track record of transformation. Brands you know.

Gap Bridge is led by Parrish McIntyre, who has spent his entire career building products that solve hard operational problems — and exiting the businesses built around them. Three exits to date, valued at nearly $500M in combined transaction value.

Across three decades of high-growth businesses, Parrish has held executive roles at companies such as Napster, Bank of America, REKTGlobal, and Fullcube — operating at every scale from a startup with founder's equity to a $23B global banking business with 2,000+ employees and 150+ systems. The pattern across every role is the same: measurable operational impact, not advisory deliverables.

He has delivered measurable results for brands such as NASCAR, Turner Sports, Motor Trend, the NFL, Warner Brothers, and the United Nations — across sports, media, financial services, and global non-profits.

He founded Gap Bridge in 2023 to point that operating discipline at AI: replace entire business functions with autonomous agents that ship measurable outcomes — owned by you, integrated into your stack, measured in P&L.
